Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cups are one of my favorite desert treats. I've already tried (and raved about) a few of the flavors, including the Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies 'n Cream so I decided to try something different, and opted for the Skinny Cow Dulce du Leche Ice Cream Cup ... I'm a sucker for caramel (it's the sweet and salty together).

I opened my cup and took a spoonful. Well, I tried, but I found that it was still too frozen. Before you misinterpret what I'm saying, let me say this - that's a GOOD thing. So many "light" ice creams are just pumped with air and therefore melt right away. Not the case with this one! As for the flavor, it was just delightful. It was the perfect blend of sweet and salty, and these ice cream cups do NOT taste light at all.

Each container (99 grams) of Skinny Cow Dulce du Leche Ice Cream Cups provides 150 calories, 1 gram of total fat, 4 grams of fiber (16% of the daily value), 22 grams of sugars and 4 grams of protein.

Skinny Cow Sundae Ice Cream Cups come in a single portion container and thank goodness for that, because the Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies 'n Cream varieties taste so good that I know I wouldn't be able to control myself if there was more around! Recently, I spotted the Caramel Cone flavor and decided to give it a try for Dessert Friday!

Inside the container, I found a vanilla ice cream base swirled with crunchy bits and caramel. I dug my spoon in and took a bite. Mmm ! I loved the sweet + salty combination - the caramel was simply a divine addition. This was another home-run Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cup flavor - and although I mentioned before that these are so good you would eat more if you had it, let me assure you though that the amount in each cup (99 grams) is really adequate, and not too skimpy.

Each container provides 170 calories, 3 grams of total fat, 2.5 grams of which is saturated (13% of the daily value), 4 grams of fiber (16% of the DV), 24 grams of sugars, 4 grams of protein, and 20% of the DV for calcium.

My first experience with Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cups was with the Cookies 'n Cream flavor. It was really creamy and delicious - so glad it was a single serving cup or else, major damage would have been done. On another trip to the grocery store, I saw the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor. I didn't have to think twice about putting down my $1.49.

This flavor of the Skinny Cow Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Cups was nice and sweet, with the strawberry coming through to pair nicely with the rich background. I have a hard time calling something cheesecake if it doesn't have that light, fluffy texture, but this does have, as my boyfriend says, "an indescribable feeling that is something like cheesecake" (and this from a HUGE cheesecake fan). It's rich and thick, and it doesn't taste low-fat at all either.

Each 5.8 ounce cup provides 150 calories, 1 gram of total fat, 0.5 grams of which is saturated, 4 grams of fiber, 21 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein. There is also 20% of the daily value for calcium.

I have discovered something amazing, and its name is Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cups. These pre-portioned 5.8 ounce cups of low fat, but full-flavor, ice cream from the brand that brought you the delicious Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches. When I saw these ice cream cups in the supermarket, I didn't have to think twice before putting down my $1.49, for the Cookies 'n Cream flavor.

Let me tell you, this tasted like just as it should - like real creamy ice cream loaded with cookie pieces. This cup of delicious ice cream really hit the spot and thank goodness for the portion control, so I know just what I'm getting. Thankfully I didn't buy more than 1 because I surely would had a few - just because the taste was that fantastic.

Each cup has just 150 measly calories, 2 grams of fat, 4 grams of fiber, 18 grams of sugar and 5 grams of protein. There is also 20% of the daily value for calcium.

Skinny Cow Chocolate Truffle Bars Review

Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwich and Skinny Cow Vanilla Skinny Dippers have already received rave reviews, so when I saw the Skinny Cow Truffle Bars - available in chocolate and French vanilla flavors, I picked up a box (of the chocolate flavor) right away. a 6-pack box cost me $5.99, which was a bit pricey but less so with a coupon from the website.

After unwrapped the bar, I found a pleasingly large chocolate bar drizzled with crisscrossing patterns of chocolate ribbons. I took a bite and savored the flavor. It was rich, not icy, and the chocolate was perfect. That said, I didn't experience the same flavors as a rich truffle ice cream but it was good regardless.
