Since we are looking at beverages this week - so far with some success and some duds - I decided to turn my attention to sports drinks. These are most often enhanced with electrolytes and vitamins. As I was looking through a local grocery store, I saw OWater Sport Strawberry Pomegranate flavor, and decided to try it next.
Since I wouldn't be "riding (cycling) 50-60 miles of the beautiful Berkshires" as the bottle describes, I decided to do the next best thing ans use this as fuel after my 10 mile run. And it really hit the spot. The taste is slightly sweet and very refreshing. There really is no pomegranate or strawberry flavor though - just slightly sweet with a little tartness.
