Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Toffee Crunch Bar Review

Muscle Milk says, "these delicious treats (Muscle Milk Light Bars) are ideal when you want a nutritious, convenient snack to tide you over between meals. They are also the perfect calorie control snack for weight management programs." Well, I'm more about the protein, and Muscle Milk has a ton of high-protein products, so when I saw the Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Toffee Crunch Bar, I decided to try it out.

Each bar provides 160 calories, 5 grams of total fat, 4 grams of which is saturated (8% and 20% of the daily value), 125 mg of sodium (5% of the DV), 4 grams of fiber (16% of the DV), 9 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of protein. The ingredient list is crazy long complete with partially hydrogenated oils and artificial colors. The sweeteners used includes sucralose As for taste, this bar is pretty awful. There's no crunch about it! It's exceptionally chewy, with an overly sweet, medicinal vanilla toffee taste. Yuck, yuck, yuck .
