I had been thinking about making tuna fish and crackers this week, so of course I used this as an opportunity to try something new. Keebler Town House Light Buttery Wheat Crackers were on sale - $1.99 for a box (16 ounces), so I decided to buy it for review.
The ingredients list starts with enriched flour which includes "wheat flour" - so not whole wheat, and not much fiber to speak of. The taste is as they say, like a light buttery cracker, but not as soft as a Ritz cracker. There is a slight wheaty taste, and it's not salty at all. I like these crackers for toppings (although I much prefer the Town House Toppers Crackers).
