I was recently sent a sample of 34 Degrees Whole Grain Crispbreads, to try out. Immediately I was thining of what I would top these with - Laughing Cow Spreadable Cheese Wedges, Sabra Sun Dried Tomato Hummus or some Bumble Bee Spicy Thai Chili Sensations - but of course, I also wanted to check out what these "crispbread" crackers were like on their own.
The 34 Degrees Whole Grain Crispbread are more like thin sheets of round, crispy, crunchy, wafer-thin crackers. They don't look similar to other 'crispbread" products we've reviewed in the past - like GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread Review or Wasa Hearty Rye Crispbread. On their own, they have a wholesome wheaty taste. This might be an acquired taste for some, but the crackers are small and so thin that they eating them on their own doesn't seem like where they really stand-out. They shine as a vehicle for other products mentioned above - all of which I tried. The wheaty taste then doesn't come through as much, and I found these crackers delicious.
