Yoplait Light Cinnamon Roll YogurtIt's no secret that we have mad love for Yoplait Light Yogurt here on Iateapie.net - I mean, they really seemed to be the first to come out with good tasting, low-fat yogurt. And although they now have LOTS of competition, they still hold a special place in our hearts. We have enjoyed new flavors like Yoplait Light Apple Turnover, but lately, I've had a few flavors that are almost too sweet ... to the point that you lose sight of where they were trying to take you in the world of flavors. However, when I saw Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy Cinnamon Roll, I put it in my basket without thinking twice because it sounded too good to be true. And guess what ... it's not!

Hear me out on this one. You can literally taste the gooey sweet icing and the irresistible layers of cinnamon sugar goodness. Better yet, it honestly tastes like it's all nestled within a doughy sweet roll. I don't know how they did it. Quite frankly, it blows my mind. And they did it the "Thick & Creamy" way (it's bordering on the thickness of pudding). While, Lizabeth didn't exactly enjoy the texture ofYoplait's Thick & Creamy Strawberry Yogurt, I thought that the thickness here really complimented the Cinnamon Roll flavor well.

Each 6 ounce serving of Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy Cinnamon Roll Yogurt provides 100 calories, no fat, 14 grams of sugar and 5 grams of protein. There is also 15-20% of the RDA for Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Calcium and Phosphorus.

A little more sugar in this than I would like, but skip out on Thomas' Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bagels, Mrs. Freshlys Jumbo Honey Bun and your local donut shop and grab a container of this yogurt instead. Better yet, it will only cost you $0.50.
