My first experience with Yoplait Greek Yogurt was the Strawberry flavor, and it wasn't well received at all. Still, since it costs $1.00 - almost half the price of many of the other brands, I was willing to try, try and try again. This time, I picked Yoplait Key Lime Greek Yogurt to try.
This is not as thick as other Greek yogurts, and the key lime flavor is subtle, and it's more tart than sweet, especially after eating a few spoonfuls - but the flavor is not as good (in taste) as Dannon Light & Fit Key Lime Yogurt. In fact, it's quite unremarkable.
A serving of Yoplait Key Lime Greek Yogurt - 6 ounces - provides 160 calories, no fat, 20 grams of sugars and 14 grams of protein. So the same amount of calories and sugars as YoCrunch Greek Non-Fat Yogurt (Peach) Review, but 3 grams more protein - I like to compare the "Yo" yogurts. Both also cost $1.00.
The ingredients list includes, cultured pasteurized Grade A Nonfat milk, milk protein concentrate, sugar and contains less than 1% of corn starch, lime juice, Kosher gelatin, lemon juice concentrate, pectin, calcium citrate, natural flavor, turmeric extract (for color), vitamin A acetate, vitamin D3.
I wouldn't buy the Key Lime Yoplait Greek yogurt again - it's just not worth the 20 grams of sugars. Dannon Strawberry Greek Yogurt is a better choice.
