Voskos sent me a few samples of their Greek yogurt to try, and I have been so busy enjoying this deliciously thick and creamy yogurt, that it took me a while to get around to writing this review to share. Voskos Plain Non Fat Yogurt has been totally rocking my world lately!
In general, Voskos yogurt is one of the thickest, creamiest yogurts around. Since this variety is Plain, I expected, and got little flavor on it's own. It's more tart than sweet (it barely has any sweetness to it), but the texture is wow and with the addition of a little PureVia or sometimes a little agave syrup, the taste becomes incredible too. Umm, and did I mention that Voskos is one THICK yogurt?! It is also incredibly filling, so I hardly ever eat one 8 ounce container at once. My preferred method of eating is to sample a spoonful or 2, then go about my business, come back about 45 minutes later for another few spoonfuls ... and it goes like that until the container is gone.
Each 8 ounce serving of Voskos Plain Non Fat Yogurt provides 140 calories from 8 grams of sugars and a whopping 24 grams of protein! I was actually surprised to see that there was 8 grams of sugar in this because you really can't taste it.
The ingredients in Voskos Plain Non Fat Yogurt are simply Grade A pasteurized skim milk, live and active cultures. You can see another way that I have been enjoying my Voskos yogurt is to add it atop some Waffles & Fruit Preserves. The yogurt is the final Pièce de résistance to this delicious breakfast - and the added protein boost makes me feel fuller longer.

I also tried to spice up Voskos by actually adding the fruit preserves I used on the waffles, directly to the yogurt, but while this looks very appetizing, it didn't turn out very well (not Voskos or the preserves fault though).

Voskos Plain Non Fat Yogurt is the business! Don't pass this one by in the supermarket aisles. Try it and let us know what you think in the comments.
