I'll be the first to say that I think the Breyers YoCrunch yogurts are just average, and not what I usually reach for. Breyers YoCrunch Lowfat Yogurt Peach with Granola didn't wow me and neither did Breyers Light Boosts Immunity Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt, but what would a YoCrunch cheesecake combination taste like?!
That's what I was wondering when I decided to try Breyers YoCrunch 100 Calorie Cheesecake Yogurt. Unfortunately, like with the Breyers Light Boosts Immunity Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt, the cheesecake flavor was basically nonexistent. Literally, it tasted more like a mixture of plain and vanilla yogurt ... nothing special. The small dash of cookie pieces was my favorite part because they added a sweet crunch.
Each 106 gram container of Breyers YoCrunch 100 Calorie Cheesecake Yogurt (3.75 ounces), provides 100 calories (of course), 1.5 grams of total fat (2% of the daily value), no saturated fat, 75 mg of sodium (3% of the DV), 3 grams of protein and 22 grams of carbohydrates which includes 14 grams of sugar and 3 grams of erythritol (a sugar alcohol used as a natural sweetener) - no artificial sweeteners. The ingredient list is not too lengthy and not full of artificial ingredients.
Unfortunately, Breyer's YoCrunch 100 Calorie Pack Cheesecake will not be making my shopping list anytime soon - not even fat $2.00 for a 4-pack. If you do purchase it though, I would suggest adding some banana slices, peanut butter or something else to give it a little oomph.
