In branching out from my regular Spiru-tein High Protein Energy Meal Simply Natural Original Vanilla Protein Powder Review, I found this flavor - and let me tell you, it's definitely unique. At $1.49 for a single-serving packet, it was an easy way to test the flavor. I'm not saying I don't like this flavor - I actually really like it. It's got a rich, banana flavor that is surprisingly delicious. I wonder what it would taste like with real bananas in a smoothie ...
Remember Laffy Taffy? Remember the banana flavor? If you were like me, you liked this flavor, not because it tasted like real bananas (which I don't particularly care for), but like an improved (okay, artificial) flavor of bananas as only Laffy Taffy could render. That's sort of what Spirutein Simply Natural Banana Protein Powder tastes like, only they use 'natural' banana flavor.

I not only use protein powder in post-workout shakes, but I also add it to my oatmeal in the mornings (it makes me feel fuller longer), and I even add a little to low fat yogurt.
