Trader Joes Almost Fat Free Popcorn

In my humble opinion, it doesn't get much better than a weekend night with a good movie, a cup of tea, and a nice bowl of popcorn. I was ecstatic when companies began making smaller "100 calorie" bags of popcorn to accommodate those of us that love to munch, but don't want a huge bowl all at once. Seeing as though Trader Joe's rocks my socks off in most cases, I decided to give Trader Joe's 94% Fat Free Popcorn mini bags a try.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 1 bag (3.5 cups popped)
Calories: 130
Total Fat: 2 grams, 3%
Saturated Fat: 1 gram, 5%
Sodium: 100 mg, 4%
Carbohydrates: 24 grams
Fiber: 4 grams, 16%
Sugars: 0 grams
Protein: 3 grams

Each bag of popcorn (makes about 3.5 cups) provides 130 calories, 2 grams of total fat, 1 gram of which is saturated, 24 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of protein, and 4 grams of fiber. A box contains four single serving bags.

Once again, Trade Joe's did not disappoint. The flavor was light, slightly buttery, and perfectly YUM yummy! The bag lasted a nice long time, which is a huge bonus for a volume eater.

I purchased this product for $1.29 at Trader Joe's of course, which is comparable to other similar products, like Jolly Time 100 Calorie Healthy Pop Popcorn Minis (which has more sodium) and Orville Redenbacher's 100 Calorie Smart Pop 94% Fat Free Butter Mini Bags (not as tasty).

This is one delicious, low calorie and nutrient rich snack thanks to all the fiber. I would definitely buy this again.
