Jolly Time 100 Calorie Healthy Pop Kettle CornPopcorn is such a great snack with its light, fluffy texture and whole grain benefits as well. Kettle corn is especially great because it combines the natural attributes of popcorn with a light sweetness. Jolly Time 100 Calorie Healthy Pop Kettle Corn provides a portion controlled way to enjoy the delicious goodness of kettle corn.

The mini bags of popping corn are quite compact, but the amount of popcorn you get still makes a pretty substantial snack. The characteristic sweet and salty taste of kettle corn shines through, and though the sweetness is from Splenda, the aftertaste is barely noticeable. To add to the lightness of this popcorn, the salt content isn't overwhelming, and it's 94% fat free as well.

A 1.2 ounce mini bag of Jolly Time 100 Calorie Healthy Pop Kettle Corn makes 4 cups of popped kettle corn. Though the front of the box claims that one bag has 100 calories, the nutrition facts say that it has 90 calories. There are 2 grams of fat, 12% of the daily value for sodium, 32% of the DV for dietary fiber and 3 grams of protein.

I paid $2.50 for a box of 4 mini bags while it was on sale at Kroger. This kettle corn tasted great, and I love the portion size. I also appreciate the small amount of calories and extraordinary amount of fiber. It's a bummer to pay so much for so little popcorn, but it's a solid product.
