Country Choice Organic Hot MultiGrain Cereal Review
Just add me to the count of the MANY oatmeal lovers out there! Every morning, I sit down to a delicious bowl of oaty goodness, made interesting by whatever toppings I can scrounge up. Even though the base is the same, the toppings make it interesting and fun, and it NEVER fails to satisfy my hunger for hours. For as long as I can remember, I've been a fan of the plain old Quaker Oats, but decided to give Country Choice Organic Hot MultiGrain Cereal a whirl when I spied it on the shelf at Trader Joe's.
Each 1/2 cup (dry - 40 grams) serving provides 130 calories, an impressive 5 grams of protein, and 5 grams of fiber plus 1 gram of total fat and no sodium. The ingredient list could not be beat: Organic Rolled Whole Grains: Rye, Barley, Oats and Wheat. I love when I can pronounce everything they put into a product!

In addition to the impressive nutrition facts, the taste was absolutely divine! It had all the creamy goodness of regular old fashioned oats, with a slightly chewy, nutty taste that came from the 4 grains. It gave my beloved oatmeal a nice new twist! Also, most importantly, it kept me full for hours, much like my regular standby.
I purchased this item at Trader Joes for $2.29. Just a little bit pricier than bulk bin old fashioned oats, but worth every penny!
