Nature's Path Organic Apple Cinnamon OatmealNature's Path Cereals have been quite a hit here on Iateapie.net, with their Flax Plus Multi Bran Cereal and Optimum Power Breakfast Cereal both wrangling in 5 stars. Therefore, when I spotted Nature's Path Instant Hot Oatmeal, I decided it was most definitely worth a try and I scooped up the Apple Cinnamon variety.

The flavor is truly akin to eating a homemade apple cinnamon muffin or even simply an apple that is doused with the comforting spice. The 14 grams of sugar that are packed away in a serving of this oatmeal compliments the delightful apple cinnamon flavor perfectly.

The texture of oatmeal is more of a preference than anything else - I like to add about ½ cup of milk (instead of water), but if you like your oats to be extra creamy, just add more. Or perhaps you choose to use water to cut back on the calories. Whatever texture you aim for, the delicious flavor will shine through all the same.

Each 50 gram packet of Nature's Path Organic Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal provides 210 calories, 4% of the daily value for total fat, 4% of the DV for sodium, 4 grams of fiber (16% of the DV), 14 grams of sugar and 5 grams of protein. The ingredients are simply, Organic rolled oats, organic evaporated cane juice, organic dried apple, organic cinnamon, sea salt, natural flavor.

A box of Nature's Path Organic Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal contains 8 nutritious and delicious breakfasts for a mere $3.00. The portion was just a bit on the small side for me, but that's what deliciously ripe bananas and fresh apple slices are for - to bulk up the oatmeal and add even more nutrients.

This filling, flavorful and comforting breakfast is tryuly worthy, so don't hesitate to ditch your regular oatmeal and give this one a chance.
