Luna has a winner on their hands with this combination of white chocolate and macadamia nuts. This bar is amazing (and Luna bars have never been a favorite of mine). A crisped rice base is graced with a coating of "vanilla, white chocolate-like" sweetness and drizzled on the top with a bit more of the great tasting vanilla confection. Furthermore, the organic macadamia nut butter and macadamia nuts dispersed throughout takes this bar up to a whole other level. Honestly, I think this may be my favorite Luna bar flavor ever. It tastes more like a treat or a dessert than a breakfast addition. On the other hand, it is not over-the-top in respect to its sweetness. But don't just take my word for it, Juliet over at Yummy Diet Food is also a fan.
Each 48 gram Luna White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Bar provides 190 calories, 7 grams of total fat, 2.5 grams of which are saturated fat (11% & 13% of the daily value), 210 mg of sodium (9% of the DV), 9 grams of protein and 21 grams of carbohydrates including 3 grams of fiber (12% of the DV) and 11 grams of sugar (more details at Lunabar.com).
Although I received this bar for free, Luna Bars generally sell for a little more than $1 in my neighborhood; which is surely worth the marvelous taste sensation. Are you a "Luna Bar Lover"? Whether you answered yes or no to my previous question, I would suggest you pick up a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Luna Bar if you run into it at the grocery store because it is bound to delight your taste buds
