Supreme Protein Carb Conscious Peanut Butter Crunch BarI usually snack on a protein bar post workout, and I'm always on the lookout for new options to try. Too often, protein bars (and shakes) have a lot of sugar, so when I spotted Supreme Protein Carb Conscious Peanut Butter Crunch Bar with promises of zero trans fat and 15 grams of protein per serving. I was sold and quickly parted with $1.80 for this 43 gram bar (another characteristic of protein bars is that they are more expensive than the rest).

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 43 grams
Calories: 200
Total Fat: 9 grams, 14%
Saturated Fat: 4.5 grams, 23%
Sodium: 135 mg, 6%
Carbohydrates: 13 grams
Fiber: 1 gram, 4%
Sugars: 5 grams
Sugar Alcohols: 7 grams
Protein: 15 grams

I opened my bar and took a bite, and it was pretty delicious. I loved the crunchiness of the bar, and the peanut butter flavor was really nice with the chocolate coating. I liked that it actually had peanuts in it, and the soy protein crisps were crunchy and delicious. I was definitely satisfied for a while after having the bar, which is always a litmus test of sorts for me, as I get hungry really easily.

Each 43 gram Supreme Protein Carb Conscious Peanut Butter Crunch Bar provides 200 calories, 14% & 23% of the daily value for total and saturated fat, 5, 1 gram of fiber, 5 grams of sugar, 7 grams of sugar alcohols and 15 grams of protein.

This bar is advertised as offering "delicious, quadruple-layer candy bar taste with 15 grams of high-quality protein, including premium whey isolate, and only 5 grams of sugar. The taste is great, the nutrition facts aren't that bad - although the saturated fat is high at 23% and the fiber is low (the ingredients list is available at the product website). I would buy this again, but not often considering the ZonePerfect Dark Mocha Bar has similar calories, but 5% less saturated fat - and although the protein content is 12 grams as opposed to 15 grams, that's still substantial.
