V8 VFusion Pomegranate Blueberry Juice Review
V8 VFusion is a blend of vegetables and fruit juices. Each serving has a full serving of vegetables PLUS a full serving of fruit. The Strawberry Banana variety of VFusion has been previously reviewed, but when I saw the Pomegranate Blueberry Antioxidant variety, I had to give it a second shot. The taste of this juice is just perfect - not too sweet from the juice, and not too much of an overwhelming taste of veggie juice either.
The ingredients are reconstituted vegetable juice blend (sweet potatoes, purple carrots, tomatoes and carrots), reconstituted fruit juice blend (apples, white grapes, pomegranates and blueberries) and less than 2% of natural flavoring, malic acid, ascorbic acid and vitamin E.

One 8 ounce serving of V8 VFusion Pomegranate Blueberry Juice is 100 calories and 25 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 23 grams of sugar. There is 100% of your daily vitamin C requirements and 10% for vitamin E. One 1.36 Liter bottle (64 fluid ounces) cost $3.28 at the time of purchase at the grocery store.
If you don't like veggies (and I might be a little guilty of not eating enough) - or if you can't get your kids to eat theirs - then I highly recommend giving this a try.
