Kellogg's Low Fat Granola with Raisins MultiGrain Cereal Review
Kellogg's Low Fat Granola with Raisins Multi-Grain Cereal is made with whole oats and whole grain wheat, molasses, raisins and almonds. The Kellogg's granola is very sweet, crunchy and has a strong taste of cinnamon. As a cereal it doesn't get soggy easily in milk, but I think I prefer to mix it with yogurt rather than eat it as a cereal because it is so sweet. In fact, it was the perfect addition to the vanilla Yoplait YoPlus Yogurt that I was eating

One serving of Kellogg's Low Fat Granola with Raisins is 2/3 cup and has 230 calories (345 calories in 1 cup), 5% of the RDA for total and saturated fat (3 and 1 gram respectively), 4 grams of protein and 49 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 18 grams of sugar and 13% of the RDA for fiber (3 grams).
One 18 ounce box costs $3.99 when purchased from a local grocery store, but it's also available online at Amazon.com, $35.99 for a case of 70 small 2.22 ounce boxes. This cereal has less calories than Kashi Mountain Medley Granola (440 calories per cup) and Bear Naked Blueberry Walnut Peak Protein Granola (520 calories), but more than Health Valley Granola (285 calories per cup).
