Veggie Patch Mediterranean Spinach & Chickpeas Patties

I've been cutting back a bit on the meat eating in my diet lately, and checking out vegetarian alternatives. I really enjoyed the Veggie Patch Chik'n Cutlets, so I decided to also try their Spinach & Chickpeas Patties

NUTRITION FACTS

I followed the directions of 11-13 minutes in the toaster oven (but you can also do it in the microwave). The outer breadcrumb crust was crispy and the texture of the patty itself was slightly firm, not too soft and mushy. I ate the patty as is, and found there was a very slight spinach flavor, and I quite liked it. If you're a meat eater, this might take a little getting used to. The next time I had it, I added hot sauce - which I add to a lot of things, and it was even better. The chcikpeas didn't seem to be as much as pictured on the packaging, but it really wasn't missed.

A pack comes with 12 patties. These are only available at Costco (more stores coming soon hopefully), and I received samples to review from the company so I'm not sure of the price. I do love this though and will definitely be on the hunt for these.
