Healthy Choice Mesquite Chicken BBQ Review
Finally, they are getting to bigger portion sizes for RTE (Ready to eat) meals. This is 10.5 oz, 300 calories and was enough of an evening dinner to make me full. This had chicken with mesquite bbq sauce, roasted potatoes, corn and carrots. The roasted potatoes did not taste all that great, but mix it with the sauce and they were very good. The chicken and the veggies were also excellent. I like the combination of the roasted potatoes and mesquite bbq chicken, and the veggies on the side. The carrots were also not too limp and not too hard. They were just right. This meal is a good healthy choice.

In addition to 300 calories, there is also only 5 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat and 480 mg of sodium (20%) of the daily value. You will also find 14 grams of sugar, 18 grams of protein, and some vitamin A and C. I would have liked to see less sugar, only because we eat so much sugar from other sources during the day, but it is certainly not a bad amount for an entire meal. Overall, I would buy this again and again [and I have] because it tastes great and is pretty darn good nutritionally too.
