Diet Trash is about the food products you might eat because you think you're doing something better for your diet, but you'll be surprised to know, they're not.
Starlight mints are very popular. They are those hard white mints with the red striping going around the outer edges. Mints are simply sugar with added flavoring and color.
I was shocked to discover that just 3 starlight mints are 50 calories. Now, I am not suggesting that 50 calories is a lot, but this is dietTrash because you can easily add an extra 100 calories from eating a few mints - something you might never think about. I think I'll be sticking to sugar free mints from now on, like Ice Breaker Sours Sugar-free Mints or better yet, Slim Mints.
