Glenny's Apple Cinnamon Soy CrispsGlenny's Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps sounds like it has a lot of different things going on - apple & cinnamon flavored soy crisps. At $2.19 for a 3-ounce bag, I thought I would try it and hopefully, it would be added to the list of Glenny's Soy Crisps that I love, like Glenny's Cheddar Soy Crisps and the Lightly Salted Soy Crisps. For those of you who haven't had the joy of tasting the brand's soy crisps, you're definitely missing out. They're baked, not fried, and they're light and crispy while still being hearty and filling.

The savory flavors are great but sometimes sweet is the way to go. With the Apple CInnamon flavor, the level of sweetness is just perfect. As my boyfriend put it, these taste a bit like the Apple Cinnamon-flavored Cheerios. For me, though, the cinnamon and sugar flavors came through stronger - fine by me!

Each 18 gram serving of Glenny's Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps provides 70 calories, 2% of the daily value for total fat (no saturated or trans), 4% of the DV for sodium, 1.5 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar (quite low for such a great sweet taste), and 4.5 grams of protein.

The ingredients list includes, low fat non-GMO soy flour, rice, mid oleic sunflower oil, sea salt, evaporated cane juice, cinnamon, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), malic acid and natural flavors.

Glenny's Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps are really yummy and I will be buying this flavor again. They are so good, so two thumbs up from me thumbs up. If you've tried them, let us know what you think in the comments.
