Keebler Town House Light Buttery Crackers (Wheat) Review

I had been thinking about making tuna fish and crackers this week, so of course I used this as an opportunity to try something new. Keebler Town House Light Buttery Wheat Crackers were on sale - $1.99 for a box (16 ounces), so I decided to buy it for review.
Serving Size: 5 crackers (16 grams)
Calories: 80
Total Fat: 4 grams, 6%
Saturated Fat: 0.5 grams, 3%
Sodium: 170 mg, 7%
Carbohydrates: 10 grams
Fiber: < 1 gram, 1%
Sugars: 0 grams
Protein: 1 gram
The ingredients list starts with enriched flour which includes "wheat flour" - so not whole wheat, and not much fiber to speak of. The taste is as they say, like a light buttery cracker, but not as soft as a Ritz cracker. There is a slight wheaty taste, and it's not salty at all. I like these crackers for toppings (although I much prefer the Town House Toppers Crackers).
Each serving of 5 Keebler Town House Light Buttery Wheat Crackers provides 80 calories, 4 grams of total fat (6% of the daily value), 0.5 grams of which is saturated fat (3% of the DV), 170 mg sodium (7% of the DV), less than 1 gram of fiber, no sugars and 1 gram of protein.

Can anyone eat just 5 crackers?! I topped mine with Pepperjack cheese and tuna, and I think I ate 10 crackers for lunch - it was just too good and I kept going back for more. I would buy the Keebler Town House Light Buttery Wheat Crackers if it was on sale, BUT Back to Nature Organic Stoneground Wheats Crackers has similar nutrition facts, but I like it more, and ingredients list is a little more natural.
