The Sesmark Original Sesame Thins review was gushing about how good they were, so I figured that paying $2.99 for another variety would be well worth it. I settled on a box of Sesmark Lightly Salted Savory Minis Rice Crackers bypassing my beloved Kashi Honey Sesame Tasty Little Crackers and Triscuit Thin Crisps for this somewhat risky, new addition to my pantry.
Each baby cracker is a smidge bigger than a quarter and has a crispy and airy bite to it. The "lightly salted" flavor is just right. Combine the pleasant flavor with the simple blend of ingredients and you have a savory, not sweet, bite sized snack (as the name implies). I like to eat these crackers by themselves, but it's also fun with something on top. I tried it with peanut butter and it was okay, but I prefer it with Laughing Cow Light Spreadable Original Swiss Cheese or Enrico's No Salt Added Mild Chunky Salsa - now that's going to give you a burst of flavor in your mouth.
Each serving of 40 little Sesmark Lightly Salted Savory Minis Rice Crackers will entertain your mouth for quite some time, but only provides 130 calories, 1.5 grams of total fat, no saturated fat, 6% of the daily value for sodium, no fiber or sugar and 2 grams of protein. The ingredients list includes rice flour, expeller pressed safflower oil and seasoning (hydrolyzed soy and/or corn protein, salt, yeast extract, natural flavor).
I thoroughly enjoyed these lightly salted babies and think that they are a great product to add to my weekly cracker rotation. I am going to keep my eye out for a sale, at which point I will surely snatch up another box. Click here to find some Sesmark Lightly Salted Savory Minis Rice Crackers in your neck of the woods!
