Kashi TLC Fire Roasted Vegetable CrackersI almost ran into some unsuspecting grocery shopper minding their own business when I spotted a Variety Pack of Kashi TLC Snack Crackers on the shelves. I was so excited that I started jabbering on and on about how "cool", "handy", "awesome" (you name it, I probably said it) these were, without noticing that my friend had moved on to the other aisle and I was merely talking to myself (sure, I got some stares but food products excite me, what can I say).

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 15 crackers (30 grams)

I have already experienced the delicious Kashi TLC Original 7 Grain Crackers, so what I reached for first was the Fire Roasted Vegetable variety. I found that these crackers possess a peppery flavor mingled throughout a hearty wheat base and 1 gram less sugar than the Original flavor, which enables the vegetables and spices to stand strong.

Each serving of Kashi TLC Fire Roasted Vegetable Crackers provides 120 calories, 5% of the daily value for total fat, 9% of the DV for sodium, 2 grams of fiber and sugars plus 3 grams of protein.

The ingredients list is a little lengthy but there are no hydrogenated oils or trans fats. The box containing 6 bags (3 different varieties) cost $2.78 (not too shabby). The Fire Roasted Vegetable flavor is another variety of Kashi TLC Crackers that rock! A great option for lunches, on-the-go snacks or simply portion control. No matter where you decide to munch, the bold and natural flavors will remain unscathed.
