Enjoy Life Nut and Gluten Free Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Review
Enjoy Life prides itself on making foods that "almost anyone can enjoy" and that means they try to make products without common allergens. Most of their foods are nut and gluten free, as is this Soft Baked Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie. As much as I like the concept behind the company, I really didn't like the taste of these cookies. There is an unpleasant floury taste that lingers in the mouth after the cookie is gone. While the cookies are not overwhelmingly awful, they are definitely not worth the $3.69 that I spent on a box with only 12 small cookies.

One serving is 2 cookies which has 130 calories, 5 grams of fat which is 8% of the recommended daily amount (RDA), 1 gram of saturated fat which is 5% of the RDA, 1 gram of protein and 21 grams of total carbohydrates including 2 grams of fiber (8% of the RDA) and only 12 grams of sugars.
I haven't reviewed many gluten free cookies so I don't know what the other choices are, but based on taste and price, this wouldn't be my first choice. One excellent Enjoy Life product that I "enjoyed" (pun intended) was Not Nuts [read the review]. If you are looking for a gluten free snack, then this is a great choice.
