Baked Lays Potato Chips Review
This is a great tasting snack. The 'baked' chips do have a slightly different texture than regular' potato chips, with the baked ones being a bit 'thicker' - which really means that you don't get a bag half full of broken chip pieces. The baked chips are also less oily. In my opinion, these differences make for a better product. I tried the original and barbecue flavors. I prefer the original, but the barbecue isn't bad either.

Nutritionally one serving of Baked Lays Potato Chips (1 ounce) is about 11 chips and has 110 calories, 1.5 grams of total fat, no saturated or trans fats and only 6% of the recommended daily amount of sodium (150 mg). There are 23 grams of carbohydrates which includes 2 grams of fiber and 2 grams of sugars.
The only drawback to the baked version of Lays chips is the price. It's almost twice the price as the original Lays, which is the only reason this didn't get 5 kisses.
