Weight Watchers Smart Ones Double Fudge Cake Review
There is no way that double fudge cake with milk chocolate fudge sauce and chocolate swirls could be considered a diet friendly snack - is there? Well, Weight Watchers says that's just what their Double Fudge Cake is, so I had to check it out - the things I do for Iateapie.net!
Well, no complaints about the taste here. The cake was soft and moist, and the chocolate sauce was not too sweet at all. However, there was no hint of 'fudge' anywhere. Instead it was like a chocolate cake with chocolate sauce - not that that's a bad thing.

Each package of Weight Watchers Smart Ones Double Fudge Cake comes with 2 servings, each of which provides 150 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat - not too bad, and 19 grams of sugar. There seems to be every type of sugar imaginable in this product. The first ingredient fudge sauce whose main ingredient is corn syrup, water, sugar, non-fat dry milk, corn syrup solids ... After the fudge sauce, there are water, flour, eggs, sugar, fructose, ... chocolate chips with sugar, and milk chocolate curls with sugar and lactose (milk sugar). I'll leave it up to you to decide how nutritious this is.
This was 3 Points on the Weight Watchers Points system. I think it's worth it if you are craving something sweet.
