This may not be a popular position, but here it is anyway: I'm a big Lean Pockets fan. Not because they particularly delicious, but rather, they are a cheap eat for a college student like myself. There are chunks of hamburger which are surprisingly good. They are about the same size as the meatballs in the Lean Pockets Meatball & Mozzarella. The chunks of hamburger are spread evenly and you'll find plenty in every bite. The cheese is creamy and tasty, however the overall taste of cheeseburger was mild, and the pocket crisping sleeve makes the entire "pocket" crisp and crunchy on the outside, but warm and soft on the inside.
The box includes 2 pockets each of which has 280 calories, 7 grams of total fat (12% of RDA), 3.5 grams of saturated fat which a whopping 18% of RDA), 560mg of sodium (23% of RDA), 40 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber (11% of RDA), and 12 grams of protein.
Unfortunately, this is not as "lean" as I would like. Too much saturated fat and sodium. Like the Lean Pockets Meatball and Mozzarella Sub, I would say that this product was average. Most other "pocket type sandwiches" like Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice Paninis and Flatbread Melts have similar fat and sodium content.
