SoBe Lean Mango Melon Flavored Beverage Review

SoBe Lean Mango Melon Flavored BeverageAfter my pleasant experience with the SoBe Lean Cranberry Grapefruit Flavored Beverage, I wanted to try another flavor. I kept an eye out on future shopping trips, and finally spotted Sobe Lean Mango Melon - now that's an interesting flavor combination! I must admit that I'm not the biggest mango fan but I do love melons of all kinds, so into my shopping cart went the big 20-ounce glass bottle on sale for just 99 cents.

I popped off the cap (or unscrewed it, as the case may be), and sampled what SoBe Lean had to offer, all I could think was wow yummy! SoBe really has a hit with this flavorful flavor combination. It's so rich and fruity without being overwhelmingly sweet, and the mango-melon pairing is a match made in heaven. I had to turn the bottle over a couple of times to make sure it really only has 5 calories per serving - it just tastes too good to be true!

Those 5 calories per 8 ounce serving of SoBe Lean Mango Melon Flavored Beverage comes from 1 gram of carbohydrates. There is also 100% of the daily value for vitamin C and 35% of the RDA for chromium.

The ingredients are, filtered water, grape juice concentrate, natural flavor, citric acid, garcina cambogia rind extract, pectin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), acesulfame potassium, sucralose, gum Arabic, l-carnitine, cochineal (color), glycerol ester of wood rosin, panax ginseng root extract, and chromium picolinate. I'm not sure what all of those ingredients are, but I sure like what they come together to create!

SoBe Lean is a wonderful alternative to regular SoBe juices for those watching their calories (and sugar); saving 50+ grams of sugar and 200+ calories always makes my day. I will definitely buy more of these, not as a water replacement per se, but as a delicious way to supplement my daily hydration.
