What's Your Favorite Brand of Whole Wheat Bread?! There are now MANY brands of 100% whole wheat bread on the store shelves these days so I want to know what tickles your taste buds & why. Are you eating 100% whole wheat, or are you doing a wheat/ whole wheat combo bread, like Honey Wheat or Light Bread?!
I'm a 100% whole wheat bread convert, but I don't have a particular brand that I'm loyal to - although I eat Pepperidge Farms more than the rest.

I'm eating one now called Healthy Lifestyle I think. It's pretty good & it's only 100 calories for 2 slices.
Nature Valley 100% Whole Wheat. I love how soft it is.
I love Pepperidge Farms 15 Grain bread...it's even got sunflower seeds it in! :)
I'm not sure if this counts as a whole wheat bread but I was a real fan of Ezekiel type sprouted grain breads such as the original Ezekiel bread and Alvarado St. Bakery's sprouted California style bread until my mother came home one day with Nature's Own WhiteWheat bread. I am hooked on it now. It is fluffy and light.... Oh I just love it.

I love the Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat. I have tried other brands, but always come back to this.
I LOVE Vermont Soft Whole Wheat bread. It's not diet bread and each large 38 gram slice has 70 calories and 3 grams fiber. it's sooo good! i eat it plain right from the bag although it makes great sandwhiches too.
My personal favorite is Kirkland, Costco's brand. It tastes alot like Milton but is reasonably priced.
I used to eat Alvarado St. bread several years ago but my store no longer carries it. These days, I either make my own whole wheat quick bread or I'll get one of the Fiber One flavors.
i LOVEEEEEEEEEE nature's pride whole wheat (the 70 cal per slice, not the 110 cal). its super soft when you first buy it, and BIG for only 70 calories! I love it soft with egg salad sandwich or pb& j, or toasted with nut butters and honey. its just AWESOME!
I am a fan of Nature's Own 100% whole wheat. Only 100 calories for 2 slices and the slices are large and soft. Yum!
