Peanut Butter & Co All Natural Peanut Butter Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Spread was on sale for a little less than $4.00, which was still a little expensive, but since I hadn't tried this before, and the flavor combination sounded interesting, I decided to try it. Not having any bread in the house to make a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, I decided to pull out the Kashi Heart to Heart Original Whole Grain Crackers and have a snack.

Upon mixing up the all natural peanut butter (which is easier than some varieties I have had before), you will notice plump raisins dispersed throughout, but the best part is simply the flavor. Even in the midst of a mouthful of crackers, the vibrant flavor of raisins and cinnamon radiates through. The peanut butter taste is somewhat masked/ diluted by the additional ingredients of evaporated cane juice, raisins, cinnamon, organic palm oil and salt - not that that's a bad thing. Each bite reminds me of a Snickerdoodle cookie with raisins and is quite enjoyable.

Th good thing about this is that a little goes a long way, so you may find yourself using less than usual. Yes, it may be a bit expensive and contains a touch of added oil, but the flavor won't let you down. Save it for special occasions, and portion it out like it's a precious commodity!
