Fudgsicle 100 Calorie Ice Cream Bar
My mom eats a Fudgsicle bar every night for dessert, and she manages to keep any other sweet cravings at bay (within reason I should say). I decided to raid her supply and see if I would like these too. Turns out, as always, mom knows best because these are so good. In fact I think the Fudgsicle 100 calorie Bars are their best yet.
Serving Size: 1 bar (65 grams)

After sampling what my mom had in her supply, I pcked up a package of 8 for $4.99 to take to my apartment (after all, I can't mooch off my mom when I live in a different state). I wanted to confirm my delicious memories about these fudge bars. I was not disappointed - they were fantastic. I love that they're really big (each weighs in at 3.5 ounces), creamy, with a nice texture and chomp-able size. Unlike many other fudge bars, they're not icy or artificial-tasting, which was a problem I had with the fat free (70-calorie) variety.
Speaking of calories, each Fudgsicle 100 Calorie Ice Cream Bar has just 2 grams of total fat, 3% of the daily value for fiber and 13 grams of sugar - the ingredients list has sugar, corn syrup & high fructose corn syrup. I'm not thrilled with the amount of sugar, but at least the calorie count is low.
When you need to satisfy a chocolate craving then reach for a Fudgsicle 100 Calorie Ice Cream Bar instead of some saturated fat laden chocolate ice cream.

These are hubby's favorite but are so hard to find around here. He actually went to a grocery store that we never go to and they didn't even have them. He was pretty bummed!
This isn't hard on my diet and fitness routine either!
Fudgsicle BARS?!? Why have I not seen this?
