Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins

Blue Diamond Almond Nut ThinsWhen I first bit into one of the Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins, not knowing what to expect, I was delightfully intrigued. They have a subtle almond flavor profile to them and their true textural and flavor profile is somewhat of a hybrid between a thin and crispy rice cake (sometimes known as rice thins) and a tortilla chip ... it's pretty fantastic. They are only lightly salted rounds that are suitable for a variety of uses - eat them plain, crumbled over salads/soups or topped with a festive spread ... they won't disappoint.

I've tried these and they are totally addicting. Sooo crunch!

These crackers are absolutely fantastic.. I purchased them to eat with a healthy spread.. While in the car I thought I would eat only one to check them out, but they were so good, I ended up eating about five LOL. They are so good, you can eat them alone and they are as addictive as Blue Diamond almonds! Do not hesitate to buy these crackers, and no, I don't work for Blue Diamond LOL.
