Back to Nature Poppy Thyme Crackers

Back to Nature Poppy Thyme CrackersI was browsing through the aisles of my local supermarket, looking for nothing in particular, when I spotted Back to Nature Poppy Thyme Crackers with a $0.99 price tag. What?! It was not a sale price or anything, so it must have been mis-priced because the other Back to Nature crackers were about $2.00 more. But, I figured that Back to Nature has never steered me wrong before (thanks Back to Nature Classic Rounds and Organic Stoneground Wheats), so it couldn't hurt to shell out $1.00 and give these crackers a try.

NUTRITION FACTS
Serving Size: 29 grams (17 crackers)

Protein: 2 grams

Immediately upon taking your first bite, the essence of herbs (specifically thyme) graces your taste buds - it's so refreshingly delicious. The cracker itself is sturdy and snaps when bitten into, yet turns into a flaky Ritz-like texture within your mouth. Every aspect of these crackers is truly delightful and I cannot adequately describe hw amazingly good these were.

A 29 gram serving of Back to Nature Poppy Thyme Crackers (17 crackers) provides 130 calories, 6% of the daily value for total fat (3% DV fr saturated fat), 11% of the DV for sodium, 1 gram of fiber, 2 grams of sugar and 2 grams of protein.

The ingredient list starts with unbleached enriched flour, whole grain wheat flour, whole grain rolled oats and more - nothing too ominous.

On my wish list for this product would be a lowering of the sodium content and the elimination of the enriched flour, but all in all, I would most definitely purchase Back to Nature Poppy Thyme Crackers again ... and soon, because my box is about one handful away from being done!

Wow - I'll have to keep my eyes out for these!

While these ARE delicious, I'm not a huge fan only because once I open the box, I can't stop eating them!

These are amazing! I love them so much.
