Weight Watchers Smart Ones Artisan Creations Southwestern Style Chicken Fiesta Grilled Flatbread

In case you haven't noticed, Weight Watchers Smart Ones products have undergone a mini-makeover complete with the introduction of a few new varieties. I spied the Grilled white meat chicken, blend of reduced fat cheeses and fire-roasted vegetables with a roasted red bell pepper sauce on a flatbread, and knew that one would be consumed during lunch the next day (I love flatbreads & paninis).

I really wasn't disappointed! It's described as having, "Grilled white meat chicken, blend of reduced fat cheeses and fire-roasted vegetables with a roasted red bell pepper sauce on a flatbread." The picture below shows that you can actually see the plentiful chicken, veggies & cheese. And the yummy in my tummy says this was delicious. The sauce is mild but is perfectly blended with the cheese & chicken.

I was sent a few coupons by the PR folks for Weight Watchers Smart Ones, and I bought this on sale for $1.99. The nutrition stats aren't bad (sodium is high but par for the course of frozen meals) and the taste is superb. I would have to say this was better than Lean Cuisine Chicken Ranch Club Flatbread Melt. As usual, I ate this with a small salad + a protein shake and I was full for quite a few hours after.

Wow! That is FULL of toppings! I wasn't a fan of the LC flatbreads; but if this is better, I may have to give it a go...
this looks yummy!
I also am having trouble with your comments- i can't leave comments unless someone before me has... it's weird. I'll click on the comment section and nothing will pop up?
i wanted to comment on
1. pecan nutri-del cookies- MY FAVORITE
2. elmo pizza- ALSO MY FAV!
this looks yummy too!
I'm also having trouble leaving comments unless someone has already left one. It's weird. But i wanted to comment on the Amy's lentil soup. First off, the can actually contains about 1.7 servings so teh calories are more reasonable. Also, I think it's one of my favorites of her soups! I'm so surprised the reviewer didn't like it! I love all of Amy's soups that i've tried but the lentil and lentil vegetable are so yummy!
and also, even if it had two full servings, the calories would be 300 not 360... if it's 150 a serving.
I am also surprised she didn't like it. It looks really good and full of ingredients in the pictures.
