Nabisco Sweet & Salty Mix Kettle Flavor
I am not one to normally reach for Nabisco's 100 Calorie packs because they usually contain partially hydrogenated oils and leave me feeling less than satisfied with their small portions (like with Nabisco's Barnum's Animal Choco Crackers). However, I do have a little soft spot for Chex Mix type snacks, and Nabisco Sweet & Salty Mix looked like a good subsititution. I grabbed the Kettle Flavor 100 Calorie Pack, which was on sale for $2.00 at WalMart, and was good to go.

Thankfully, there is an even mix of mini Ritz crackers, Pretzels, Honey Maid Thin Crisps and Wheat Chex (as opposed to some snack mixes that pack their products with too many cheap pretzels). The mixture is coated with a sweet & salty powder that is reminiscent of Caramel Crunch Chex Mix. It was sweet and quite buttery at the same time, with the two flavors mingling perfectly. Yes, it's still a small serving, but it sure is tasty.
Each 22 gram bag provide 100 calories, 2.5 grams of total fat (4% of the daily value), no saturated fat, 18% of the DV for sodium, 1 gram of fiber, 4 grams of sugar and 2 grams of protein.
The ingredients list starts off with unbleached enriched wheat flour, whole wheat & sugar, and continues on in a fairly respectable way - no partially hydrogenated oils (or HFCS - although there is fructose used as one of the sweeteeners).
Loved Nabisco Sweet & Salty Kettle Flavor Mix and while the portion size is more suited for children, I wouldn't feel too guilty if I had eaten 2 bags.
