Kozy Shack Simplywell Dark Chocolate Pudding
Kozy Shack Simplywell line of puddings has extra added nutrition - good source of vitamin E, calcium and vitamin D and prebiotic fiber. I tried the Dark Chocolate Pudding since I'm a bit of a dark chocolate fiend, and I wondered whether this pudding would live up to my expectations.

I took a bite and at first decided it was strange. When I asked myself why it was strange, I came to the conclusion that it was because it actually tasted like REAL dark chocolate, unlike many other chocolate puddings out there. As I took a few more bites, my love for this grew - totally yum
.
Each 4 ounce cup of Kozy Shack Simplywell Dark Chocolate Pudding provides 100 calories, 1.5 grams of total fat, 4 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber and 13 grams of sugar. There is also 10% of the daily value for calcium, vitamin E and D.

A 4-pack of Kozy Shack Simplywell Dark Chocolate Pudding costs $3.49 and was totally worth it in my opinion. I really like this flavor, plus the fiber and protein I can get for a snack, and I look forward to trying the others this line. This gets 2 thumbs up from me, right up there with Kozy Shack No Sugar Added Vanilla Pudding and No Sugar Rive Pudding.

A nice review. Sounds good I love chocolate pudding and enjoy dark chocolate I will have to keep an a eye out.
I really like these puddings too, though I do think they're rather pricey, considering a box of Jell-O is only about 80 cents.
Why so much sodium in a dessert? :(
