Kozy Shack No Sugar Added Vanilla Pudding

Kozy Shack has many No Sugar Added Pudding flavors, and I love the single-serving cups. However, one flavor - Vanilla - only comes in a 22-ounce tub (at least, that's the only size I've found for that variety). I couldn't wait to try this one, so I picked up a tub for $4.39 and hoped I wouldn't down it all at once (which is always the risk when you get a big container, at least for me).
This pudding tastes delicious. It's really thick and creamy, and the vanilla flavor is spot on. I loved spooning up this treat and also imagined all the desserts I could make with it. This may be one of my new favorite vanilla puddings 
.
I turned the tub over to examine the nutrition facts and found that each 1/2 cup serving provides 90 calories, 3 grams of total fat, which includes 1.5 grams of saturated fat (5% and 8% of the daily value), 115 mg sodium (5% of the DV), 3 grams of protein and 10 grams of carbohydrates which includes 4 grams of fiber and 5 grams of sugar. There is also 10% of the daily recommendations for calcium. The ingredients are milk, water, modified tapioca starch, inulin (chicory root extract), natural flavors, corn starch, salt, sucralose, carrageenan, annatto (color).
One thing I like about Kozy Shack products, especially the No Sugar Added variety, is that they have some good filling protein and fiber, as well as calcium. If you're okay with getting a bigger size, try this delicious dessert!
