Glenny's Sea Salt Spud Delites

Glenny's Spud Delites are available in 3 varieties, Sea Salt, Sour Cream and Onion, and Texas BBQ. All of the flavors are good (depending on what kind of mood you're in), but my favorite is the basic Sea Salt. These are more like light, crunchy potato crisps, although even that description doesn't do them justice. They have got this airy texture that can't quite be put into words, and for some, may take a bit getting used to. Don't get me wrong though, I personally heart the flavor and texture

Each 1.1 ounce bag of Glenny's Sea Salt Spud Delites provides 100 calories, 1 gram of total fat, none of which is saturated or trans, 270 mg of sodium (11% of the daily value), 2 grams of protein and 21 grams of carbohydrates which includes 1 gram of fiber. The ingredients are, Non-GMO (potato flakes, potato starch, rice flour, salt monodiglycerides), mid oleic sunflower oil, sea salt.
I purchased a bag at a local grocery store for $1.49. Again, don't go to these to satisfy a real potato chip craving, but if you're feeling adventurous and need some sort of potato fix, you might want to give these a shot.
