Weight Watchers SmartOnes Honey Dijon Chicken
When I saw the box for Weight Watchers SmartOnes Honey-Dijon Chicken, I wasn't expecting much flavor from the dish, forgetting that honey dijon has a pretty distinct taste.
In actuality the sauce didn't look that great, but I was pleasantly surprised by the mild sweetness of the Honey Dijon. The chicken was cut into small squares, but there could have been more chicken to fill out the meal. The rice and thinly sliced veggies were fine, and although I don't typically associate honey dijon with rice, it all worked well together.
Each Weight Watchers SmartOnes Honey Dijon Chicken provides 220 calories and 3.5 grams of fat, including 0.5 gram of saturated fat, 460 milligrams of sodium (19% of the daily value), 38 grams of carbohydrates, including 2 grams of dietary fiber, and 11 grams of protein. There's also 35% DV vitamin A.
This entree cost less than $2.00 at Target. If you're a huge fan of honey dijon, this one will pique your interest. It was fairly tasty although a bit small, but I just didn't find anything about it that would make me want to buy it again.
