Ghirardelli Natural Unsweetened Cocoa

Ghirardelli is known for its fantastic chocolate products, and the Ghirardelli Natural Unsweetened Cocoa (all-natural premium baking cocoa) is no different.
I like adding cocoa to some of my foods, like oatmeal, cookies & even pancake mix, for a hit of iron and a deliciously rich, chocolatey taste, and this cocoa is the best 
! It's smooth and rich, unlike so many other alkaline, bitter-tasting cocoa powders.
Using cocoa powder is a terrific way to add flavor with minimal calories. Each tablespoon of Ghirardelli Natural Unsweetened Cocoa provides 15 calories, 1.5 grams of fat (2% of the daily value), 1 gram of which is saturated (4% of the DV), no sodium, 1 gram of protein and 3 grams of carbohydrates which includes 1 gram of fiber but no sugar.
I bought at 10-ounce container (with 47 servings) at the grocery store for $4.99, which is a bit more than Nestle Cocoa costs, but it's definitely worth it. This is my absolute favorite cocoa powder; if you're a cocoa baker, you must give this a try. Plus you can even use this stuff to make your own healthier hot chocolate.

Ghiradelli chocolate products are superior to Nestle's in every way, shape, and form. Trust me, it's well worth the splurge. (Baking chips too)If possible, I buy their products at bulk stores.
