Old Orchard Pomegranate Blueberry Mangosteen Fruit Sense

Old Orchard Pomegranate Blueberry Mangosteen Fruit Sense Vitamin Water has, yet another, competitor. Old Orchard Fruit Sense line of drinks is a combination of various vitamins, fruit juice (5%) and water. There are a variety of flavors that all target a different audience: energy, cardio, protect, balance, and accelerate. I discovered the Cardio variety at the Target markdowns section (love that spot for interesting finds) and decided that 64 fl oz for $2.44 was worth a shot.

The "Cardio" variety has Pomegranate Blueberry and Mangosteen. I love all those, however, mix all of them into one drink and water it down ... and all of the sudden I am not sure what I like anymore. Even more, I am not sure how to describe this drink to you. It is a sweet, tangy, slightly watered down beverage that ends up being an odd tasting (and smelling) concoction. I have had this bottle in my fridge for about a month since I first tried it and have finally decided to toss the 3/4 full bottle down in the trash.

The nutrition information is not bad, at a mere 45 calories per 8 ounce serving, no fat, 12 grams of sugar and 10-100% of 7 vitamins and minerals. This drink is sweetened with organic agave nectar.

If you can't tell by now, I don't plan on buying this ever again, however, I might try another variety with a different juice combination to see if I like it any better. If anybody has tried this brand, let's hear what's your favorite flavor.

Unless they say they are 100% of the fruit juices they claim to be, they are watered down from concentrates and just don't have the taste (like, say, the 100% pure pomegranate juice in POM Wonderful).
