Fiber One Key Lime Yogurt

Fiber One Key Lime YogurtMy perfect yogurt would be creamy and satisfying, filled with calcium, protein, and even fiber. When I saw that Fiber One Yogurt hit all the nutritional highlights, well it was up to me to do a taste test to decide if they met the "creamy and satisfying" parts of my requirements. This product comes in many flavors - strawberry, peach, vanilla, and Key Lime Pie - which is what I grabbed since I've been on a Key Lime kick lately.

This stuff is fantastic. It's super creamy, despite being fat-free, and the Key Lime flavor is tart and sweet at the same time. It's thick and delicious and I couldn't get enough. Surprisingly, the 4 ounce cup was enough to satisfy me for an hour or 2 in between meals, too. There's a recipe at Fiber One for making Key Lime Pie from this that I wouldn't mind trying. It has some "healthier" substitutions already, but I think I could do more and still get a good tasting pie.

Fiber One Yogurts come in 4-packs of 4-ounce containers, and I bought mine for $3.49 at the grocery store. Each 4-ounce cup provides 50 calories, no fat, 55 mg of sodium (2% of the RDA), 3 grams of protein and 13 grams of carbohydrates which includes 5 grams of fiber (20% of the daily value) and 4 grams of sugar. The sweetener used is aspartame (more details).

I really, really like this stuff, and I will definitely be buying it again.

Yummy! I definitely agree with you. I haven't had the key lime pie flavor yet, but I have tried the vanilla and I can attest that you are correct! It is very tasty; it's nearly unbelievable that it is only 50 calories! What a steal.

The Fiber One peach yogurt is FAR superior to the Activia Light peach one (which was clumpy and gelatinous, yuck!). They've also been on sale for $2/4 pack at Stop & Shop.

so i put this yogurt in the freezer and it turned into a really fun, frozen snack. the key lime flavor really is great!

I was all set to try this until my Aspartame detector went off. Bummer! But glad to know it's tasty.

I bought the strawberry the other day... I was sort of expecting a bland flavor for only 50 calories, but it's really good! The vanilla, on the other hand, is sickly sweet. I just threw it out. Haven't tried the other flavors yet...
