See this picture? I wanted a better one, but honestly, that's all that was left after I tore through this Doctor's CarbRite Diet Sugar Free Bar Frosted Cinnamon Bun. I was looking for a different high protein bars, and remembered liking these bars when I had them in college, so I decided to purchase this for $1.79.
This bar is fantastic. It tastes like a perfect combination of cinnamon and vanilla frosting - the two best parts of a cinnamon bun. It's also quite soft and just sort of melts in your mouth 
. At 57 grams, it's a sizeable bar, too, so it tides you over for a while.
Let's talk nutrition. Each 50 gram bar provides 200 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, 1 gram of which is saturated fat (6% and 5% of the daily value), 6% of the DV for sodium (140 mg), 21 grams of protein and 23 grams of carbohydrates which includes - less than 1 gram of fiber and NO SUGAR. There are 20 grams of sugar alcohols and 30% of the RDA for calcium.
Less calories, fat & sugar than Clif Builders Bar, with just as much protein. There are a lot of sugar alcohols too - so watch out for possible stomach issues - built in portion control perhaps?! I will DEFINITELY be buying this bar again.
