LiveActive Bars contain a beneficial probiotic culture which helps promote digestive health. Kraft LiveActive Chocolate Raspberry Bars are chewy granola bars and they are SO good. I love how they taste, how they feel, how they smell; everything about these bars is absolutely delicious. The Chocolate Raspberry bar has soft pieces of raspberry spread all around the bar, with a chocolate base that combines to give a delicious yummy flavor. I just don't know what it is about these bars
Each 35 gram Kraft LiveActive Chocolate Raspberry Bar provides 140 calories, 3 grams of total fat (5% of the daily value), 2 grams of which is saturated fat (10% of the DV), 105 mg of sodium (4% of the DV), 3 grams of protein and 26 grams of carbohydrates which includes 4 grams of fiber (16% of the DV) and 8 grams of sugars.
As much as I liked these bars, I must say that I really didn't feel any impact on my digestive system. A box with 5 bars costs $3.59, and with the delicious taste, decent amount of fiber and the probiotic nutrition, I think these will make it's way to my grocery cart again.
