Amy's Indian Samosa Wrap
I enjoy the variety and convenience of frozen meals, and Amy's burritos and wraps are a nice alternative to the usual Lean Cuisine & Healthy Choice meals. This Amy's Indian Samosa Wrap is distinct from other burritos with the Indian style flavor; plus, it's vegan and made with organic ingredients too.
After I quickly microwaved the wrap, there was a barely detectable smell of Indian spices. The outer wrapping is made from organic wheat and whole wheat flour, so it has a wholesome tan color. The filling was primarily composed of potatoes, peas and tofu and had a slightly mushy yet slightly firm texture. A multitude of spices make up the Indian taste, particularly turmeric, which also gives the filling a bronze-like color. The wrap was really convenient and incredibly tasty too.
The Amy's Indian Samosa Wrap has 250 calories, 9 grams of total fat (14% of the daily value), 1 gram of which is saturated (5% of the DV), and no cholesterol. Alhough there is no cholesterol, the wrap does have 680 milligrams (28% DV), which is rather high considering the wrap only weighs 5 ounces. There are also 35 grams of carbohydrates, including 4 grams of dietary fiber (16% of the DV), and 8 grams of protein.
I love the taste of this wrap, and it's especially great for vegans. I also appreciate the protein and fiber in the wrap, but it may be important to be aware of the salt content. I paid $3.49 for Amy's Indian Samosa Wrap at Kroger, and though I wouldn't consider this wrap a fantastic buy, it is quite unique and satisfying for a quick lunch.

You guys missed the "sodium" in there, just a hint. Though it's easy to understand without it too.
