I have experimented many times in the past with coconut milk. It makes a GREAT substitution in vegan treats. It has a wonderful creamy, rich, smooth flavor, which is why I was so excited to see a 'yogurt' made from this stuff by Turtle Mountain. So Delicious Coconut Milk is a dairy free, soy free, vegan yogurt alternative made with live active cultures.

The taste of the Vanilla flavor is phenomenal. It had the perfect vanilla flavor with an extra 'kick'. The underlying hint of coconut added a richness to the flavor that is unlike any other yogurt I have tried. You will not be disappointed in your choice of this. And, if you've never tried anything with coconut milk before, don't be scared. There are no unusual or off putting flavors.

Each 6 ounce container of So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt provides 150 calories, 6 grams of total fat, 22 grams of carbohydrates, and 1 gram of protein. This 'yogurt' also contains 6 grams of saturated fat, but coconut is considered to be one of the 'healthy' saturated fats rich in Medium Chain Fatty Acids.

I usually like my yogurt to contain a little more protein, but occasionally I will add this into the mix because of the wonderful flavor. This stuff is so good I would even use it as a healthier dessert to satisfy a sweet tooth.
