Are you a potato chip advocate seeking out a healthier alternative with all of the same delightful emotions that digging into an enormous bag of potato chips provides? I think I may have found a worthy alternative in the form of Lesser Evil Classic Sea Salt Krinkle Sticks.

The nutrition facts are better than for regular potato chips in terms of fat content. A 28 gram (1 ounce) serving provides 110 calories, 2.5 grams of fat (4% of the RDA), no saturated fat, 230 mg of sodium (10% of the RDA), 2 grams of fiber (6% of the RDA), no sugar and 2 grams of protein.

The flavor and mouth feel, on the other hand, could not be more comparable. Crunchy, yet lightly airy with a slightly greasy feel that makes potato chips feel so sinful. They are a little salty (as you would expect), which is different, but I found myself loving these.

I paid $2.50 for a 5 ounce bag (you can also buy them in bulk at the LesserEvil website, $35.99 for 12). Here again is one area where you can cut a few calories from your diet just by switching out your regular, greasy potato chips. Don't be the victim of a "snackcident". Keep a bag of these always handy.
