Wasa Crisp 'n Light 7 Grain CrackerBread

Wasa Crisp 'n Light 7 Grain CrackersWasa Hearty Rye Crispbread have already received raved reviews here, so let me tell you about another great tasting Wasa product: Wasa Crisp 'n Light 7 Grain CrackerBread. These are my go-to crackers.

True to their name, they are both crispy and light, but not cardboard-y like some of the other "crisp" crackers I've tasted. They don't really have a flavor, but I think they taste pretty good by themselves, although they are the perfect cracker to top with cheese, cold cuts, jam, cream cheese ... you get the idea.

Nutritionally, Wasa Crisp 'n Light 7 Grain CrackerBread is pretty impressive at a mere 20 calories per cracker (they're big crackers). Each serving is actually 3 crackers (16 grams), and have 60 calories, no fat or cholesterol, 35mg sodium (4% of the daily recommendations), 2 grams of protein, and 13 grams of carbohydrates which includes 1 grams of fiber (5% of the daily recommendations) and less than 1 gram of sugar.

These can be purchased online at the Wasa store, $4.98 for 2 packages, or at Amazon.com, $24.37 for a case with 10 boxes. Needless to say, you need to get on this if you haven't already.

They have a whole bunch of different flavors, and I haven't found one I don't like yet. They are great for dipping in soups!

Great idea. How much is shipping through amazon usually? Thats the only problem I see, with buying crackers online versus going to the store.

@Herbalife Vegas - if you buy them through Amazon, then it's free shipping if you spend $25 or more. Through the online store, shipping cost depends on your area ($8 to ship to New York), so buying in bulk is much better.

I see these everywhere but have yet to try them. I'll be sure to pick them up next time.

I just discovered wasa bread and I really like it...i use in place of bread for my diet with everything. As long as what i put on it has some flavor it helps with the taste.
